However, after I finished my appointment, I was waiting, but no one told me to go pay, so I went to the counter and they took care of it then. I ended up waiting the whole time... I think it would be good if you could pay more attention to that.

I saw the vice director for a consultation. He was an older gentleman, and although the head doctor is fully booked, the vice director has some open appointments. So, I was able to receive treatment right away without a reservation and hadn’t seen the head doctor, but the vice director seems capable of handling simple consultations like warts. I’ve visited about three times now, and some conditions have been cured while most are improving. The nurses are not overly friendly, but they tend to do their job well. If you can’t book an appointment with the head doctor, I recommend trying treatment with the vice director. They may not be super friendly, but it’s effective.

I went in hopes of getting some medicine or an injection for my angry and painful trouble before a trip. However, it was quite disappointing. However, the last comment about needing to receive expensive treatments was just laughable. I’ve been taking the prescribed medications for a week now, but there’s been no effects, and rather, I've developed further issues elsewhere. I think I won’t be returning to this clinic again, even if I receive treatment elsewhere.

The head doctor’s appointments can be hard to get, but the vice director is also a valid option so consider seeing him out of convenience and selecting a time to try.

Even though there's a lot of waiting time, the hospital facilities are great and they support parking fees, so I can receive treatment very comfortably. The doctor is thorough and kind. I can trust that I'm getting good care.

After that, he only recommended the treatments that were truly necessary. While I was asking questions and getting answers, I realized we had been in the consultation for almost an hour, and the nurses couldn't even leave for their shifts, so I felt a bit guilty. The cost is more than the places I had been to, but I think it's reasonable for the level of care, so I plan to keep coming regularly.
