What does it do?

Olaparib is an anticancer agent that inhibits the PARP enzyme and is primarily used in the treatment of cancer cells with genetic defects. This ingredient blocks enzymes that repair DNA damage, making it difficult for cancer cells to survive.

Olaparib inhibits the PARP enzyme responsible for DNA repair within cancer cells, preventing damaged DNA from being properly repaired. As a result, it induces cancer cells to undergo apoptosis, thereby blocking tumor growth.
