Dosage and Administration

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals with allergies to specific components, infants under 12 months of age, or patients with severely impaired kidney function. During the course of taking this medication, phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa should not be taken together.
