It is also used to improve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Selenium supplementation is also necessary to maintain body balance. In summary, this medication is used for elderly health management, improving blood circulation disorders, and alleviating muscle cramps.
For individuals aged 12 and older, take 1 capsule twice a day.
This medicine should not be taken by individuals who have an allergic reaction to this medicine or any ingredient contained in this medicine. Infants under 12 months of age or patients with severe renal impairment should also not take this medicine. Individuals who are allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should avoid taking this medicine. During the use of this medicine, it is important not to take other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids. Women receiving medical treatment, those who are pregnant or possibly pregnant, breastfeeding women, premature infants, or young children should consult with a specialist before taking this medicine. Individuals with gastrointestinal diseases, heart and circulatory diseases, kidney disorders, or hypoproteinemia should also consult with a specialist before taking this medicine. If discomfort in the abdomen or symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, hair loss, or vomiting appear during the use of this medicine, it should be immediately discontinued and a specialist should be consulted. Those taking oral contraceptives or at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis.
