The vitamins B1, B6, and D contained in this medication help provide support in situations such as physical fatigue, decreased physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, during and after illness, during development growth periods, and in old age. In particular, vitamin D plays an important role in preventing poor bone growth and rickets. Therefore, this medication is used to provide the vitamins needed across various ages and conditions to maintain and improve health.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (high calcium levels in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney disease. Individuals allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients should also refrain from taking it. Babies under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe kidney failure should not use this medication. Additionally, it is advised not to take medications containing phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, and levodopa simultaneously while using this medication. Patients who are being treated, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children must consult with a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before use. Due to the presence of vitamin D, there is a risk of hypercalcemia in infants if this medication is secreted in breast milk, thus caution is warranted. It is also essential to consult a doctor for patients with heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, those taking cardiac glycosides, or those with a history of kidney stones. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, sensory neuropathy, or other neurological symptoms, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, edema, hypercalcemia, or hyperkalemia appear, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. Prolonged use of pyridoxine at doses exceeding 500mg to 2g per day may lead to neurological disorders, thus caution is advised. Overdose may result in gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, edema, hypercalcemia, and nephrolithiasis. Caution is necessary when taken with antialdosterone agents or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia. Adhere strictly to the recommended dosage and avoid intake of tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and in a sealed container. For quality maintenance purposes, it is safe not to transfer it to another container.
