This drug is used for the supplementation of vitamins B1, B6, and E in various conditions such as physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, during and after illness-related physical weakness, and in old age. It also helps relieve symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain (including back pain and shoulder stiffness), beriberi, and eye fatigue. It is effective against muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency and contributes to zinc supplementation. Overall, this drug helps improve bodily functions and aids in fatigue recovery and pain relief.
Adults: Take 1 tablet once a day.
This drug should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or its ingredients. Additionally, it should not be taken by infants under 12 months of age, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, or individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, peanuts, etc. This drug contains lactose, so individuals with issues in lactose breakdown or genetic diseases such as galactose intolerance should not take it. During the course of taking this drug, it is advisable not to take other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa together with this drug. Women who are already receiving medical treatment, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or patients with gastrointestinal diseases, heart, or kidney diseases should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this drug. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, oral inflammation, abdominal pain, skin rash, or respiratory problems occur during the medication, immediately stop taking it and consult a specialist. Caution is required because overdose or prolonged use may lead to nerve damage or hematological adverse reactions. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is recommended to avoid teas that contain tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this drug. Patients with lipid metabolism issues should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage of this drug accordingly. This drug should be stored out of reach of children and kept in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, in a tightly sealed container. It is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain its quality.
Pulmonary edema
Nausea, vomiting, stomatitis (oral inflammation), loose stools, abdominal distension, epigastric pain, digestive disorders, loss of appetite, hypotension, agitation, hair loss, dermatitis, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms (functional disorders or pathological changes of the peripheral nervous system), hematological adverse reactions, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, swelling (edema), hyperkalemia
