Relief of constipation, loss of appetite, and abdominal bloating
This medication helps improve constipation and is used to alleviate symptoms such as loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, abnormal fermentation in the intestines, and hemorrhoids caused by constipation.
Ages 15 and older: 1 to 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day after meals. The dosing interval should be at least 4 hours. Start with the minimum dose and adjust based on the form and condition of the stool.
This medication should not be taken by patients with acute abdominal conditions or intestinal obstruction. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic condition that impairs lactose digestion should not take it. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to take antacids or milk within one hour after intake. Patients experiencing severe abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, individuals taking other medications, those on a sodium-restricted diet, or individuals with a history of rectal bleeding or intestinal failure must consult a healthcare professional before use. Individuals who are allergic to or have had hypersensitivity reactions to the ingredient Yellow No. 203 should also exercise caution. If symptoms such as skin rash, redness, itching, severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, or vomiting occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If abdominal discomfort or cramps occur, or if constipation does not improve after more than one week of use, discontinue use and consult a doctor. The prescribed dosage and administration should be strictly followed, and children under 10 years of age should not take it unless absolutely necessary. The tablet should be swallowed whole and not chewed, and long-term use may lead to tolerance and worsen constipation, so it should not be taken for more than one week. If daily laxatives are required, the cause of constipation must be investigated. Store out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, it is important not to transfer it to other containers.
