Individuals receiving treatment from a physician or having specific medical conditions should consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or loose stools occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use can lead to tolerance. Prolonged intake of pyridoxine from 500 mg to 2 g per day can cause neurological symptoms. If a person who is deficient in folic acid takes a certain dosage or more of vitamin B12, unusual reactions may occur in the blood, so caution is needed. High doses can exacerbate peptic ulcers, affect blood sugar regulation, and increase the risk of high serum uric acid levels and liver damage. In case of overdose, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than a month, consult a doctor. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and method, and may affect blood sugar test results during urinalysis. Also, this medication can cause urine to change to yellow, affecting clinical test results.
