During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids together. Women who are currently receiving treatment, are pregnant or may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Particularly, Vitamin D, an ingredient in this medication, can be transmitted to the newborn through breast milk, potentially causing hypercalcemia, so caution is needed. Individuals with heart or circulatory issues, kidney problems, or hypoproteinemia, as well as those taking cardiac glycosides or with a history of kidney stones, should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, redness of the face, irregular heartbeat, or skin rashes occur while taking this medication, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, taking more than a certain amount of Vitamin B12 can cause blood-related abnormalities, so caution is necessary. An overdose of this medication may lead to gastrointestinal disorders, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, and long-term use may cause hypercalcemia and kidney stones. Taking this medication with certain diuretics can dangerously elevate potassium levels in the blood, so caution is warranted. If this medication is taken incorrectly or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea and black tea before or after taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, in a cool, dry, and sealed place. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
