Overdosing on this medication or taking it with other medications containing acetaminophen can lead to liver damage; therefore, do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Due to the pseudoephedrine component, symptoms such as severe skin rashes or fever may occur, so if such symptoms arise, stop taking the medicine and consult a professional. Especially, children, elderly individuals, pregnant or nursing women, patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, and those with hypertension must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms occur during use, such as rashes, itching, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or severe headaches, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. This medication is generally not administered to children under the age of 2; however, if necessary, one should seek a doctor's care.
