Vitamin B1 and vitamin D are necessary for various situations such as physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, decline in vitality during and after illness, developmental stages, and old age. This medication is particularly effective in improving improper bone and dental development and preventing rickets. These vitamins play a critical role in maintaining health and disease prevention, which is why they are used in such cases.
Adults should take 1 tablet once daily.
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney diseases, allergies to any of the ingredients, children under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, or patients with severe renal failure. During treatment, it is advisable not to take certain medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline products, or antacids concurrently with this medication. Individuals receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant women or those who could become pregnant, nursing mothers, patients with heart or circulatory issues, patients with kidney impairment, patients with hypoalbuminemia, patients taking cardiac glycosides, and those with a history of kidney stones should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rash occur while taking the medication, immediately stop use and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, high doses of vitamin B12 may cause hematologic reactions, and excessive use can lead to gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema. Long-term use may result in hypercalcemia or nephrolithiasis, so caution is advised, and there is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with certain diuretics. It is important to adhere to the dosage guidelines and to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Also, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it is crucial not to transfer the medication to another container.
