This medication is suitable for use when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, during illness or recovery from it, in growing children, and in the elderly. It is particularly effective in aiding the healthy development of bones and teeth, thanks to the inclusion of vitamins D and B1, and helps in the prevention of rickets. In other words, this medication supports physical enhancement, growth, and maintenance of health across various age groups and conditions, aiding in the prevention and recovery from illnesses.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take one tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, patients with sarcoidosis, an unknown cause of systemic inflammatory disease, and those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals with allergies to this medication or its components should avoid its use. Infants under the age of 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should also not take this medication. While taking this medication, it is necessary to avoid concurrently using phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Patients undergoing treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and children must consult a specialist before taking this medication. Particularly caution is advised as vitamin D can cause hypercalcemia in newborns through breast milk. Patients with heart or circulatory disorders, kidney problems, hypoalbuminemia, those taking cardiac glycosides, and those with a history of kidney stones should also consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, hypotension, flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rash occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a specialist consulted. In case of overdose, symptoms such as gastrointestinal disorders, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur, while prolonged use may lead to hypercalcemia or nephrolithiasis. Particularly, caution is needed when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene as there is a risk of hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after one month of taking this medication, it is advisable to consult a specialist. This medication must be taken as prescribed, and beverages containing tannins like green or black tea should be avoided before and after consumption. During storage, keep this medication in a closed container out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to prevent misuse and to maintain the quality of the medicine.
