The vitamins B1, B6, and C contained in this medication are used to support physical strength and health in various situations. Vitamin B1 (Benfotiamine) is effective for alleviating neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) alleviates symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. It also helps in the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia. It contributes to overall health improvement by supplementing vitamins in cases of physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, as well as during and after illness.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 12 and older, take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication contains iron, and there is a risk of serious intoxication and death if accidentally ingested in large amounts by children under the age of 6; therefore, it should be stored in a safe place out of the reach of children. Individuals with an allergic reaction to any component of this medication or those who are under 12 months old, have abnormal iron metabolism disorders, or severe renal impairment should not take this medication. It is important to avoid taking this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and drugs like levodopa. Taking them together may reduce the effectiveness or cause side effects. Those receiving medical treatment or with certain diseases, pregnant or nursing women, and individuals with gastrointestinal disorders, heart and kidney diseases, hypoproteinemia, gout, or kidney stones must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If abnormal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, itching, abdominal pain, cramps, fever, or decreased consciousness occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, caution is needed due to potential nerve damage or blood abnormalities with long-term high-dose use. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and instructions, and caregivers should closely supervise administration to children. Moreover, during treatment, it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas such as green tea and black tea. When storing, keep it in a tightly sealed container away from direct sunlight and in a cool place with low humidity, out of reach of children. Avoid transferring the medication to other containers to maintain quality and prevent misuse.
