Additionally, vitamin D supports the healthy development of bones and teeth and is used to prevent bone diseases such as rickets. This medication is effectively used to maintain health and improve physical strength across various age groups and situations.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (too much calcium in the blood), individuals with sarcoidosis (an unknown cause of systemic inflammation), or those with kidney diseases. Additionally, people who have allergic reactions to any of the ingredients, infants under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not take this medication. During treatment, it is advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids together with this medication. Women who are receiving medical treatment, pregnant, possibly pregnant, breastfeeding, preterm infants, and babies should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Individuals with heart or circulatory system issues, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, those taking cardiac glycosides, and those with a history of kidney stones should consult a specialist before use. Particularly, simultaneous use with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may increase the risk of elevated potassium levels in the blood, so caution is necessary. If the medication is taken incorrectly or if symptoms do not improve after a month, a specialist should be consulted immediately. This medication must be taken as directed, and it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking the medication. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
