Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage if taken by individuals who consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day regularly, so it is essential to consult a physician or pharmacist. Serious skin reactions, such as rashes or blisters, may occur while taking this medication; if such symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately. As it contains acetaminophen, exceeding the maximum daily dosage could lead to liver damage, so it must not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. If serious symptoms such as skin rashes or pustules occur due to pseudoephedrine, stop taking this medication and consult a doctor. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, have a history of asthma, are infants less than 3 months old, are taking specific antidepressants or antipsychotics, or suffer from severe kidney disease should not use this medication. During treatment, avoid taking cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Children with chickenpox or influenza and individuals with specific diseases or allergies should consult a healthcare professional before using this product. If abnormal symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or insomnia occur after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Particularly severe allergic reactions, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, or significant respiratory difficulties require immediate medical attention. Generally, this medication should not be used in children under 2 years of age, and if absolutely necessary, a doctor must be consulted. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration, and avoid long-term use, as well as alcohol consumption during treatment. There may be drowsiness while taking this medication; caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. Rarely, metabolic acidosis may occur when taking acetaminophen with certain antibiotics; therefore, caution is required when taking this medication with others. Store this medication out of reach of children, protect it from direct sunlight, and keep it tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is advised not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
