Adult dose

Aged 15 and older: Take 1 tablet three times daily after meals, 30 minutes prior.

This medication can put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains acetaminophen, which can rarely cause severe skin reactions, so if rashes or allergic symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and this medication should not be taken concurrently with other acetaminophen-containing products. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its ingredients, those with a history of asthma, infants under three months of age, or those taking certain antidepressants such as MAO inhibitors should not take this medication. Do not take this medication with cough medicines, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines, especially avoid similar medications during the use of this product. Children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic tendencies or liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult healthcare professionals before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness occur during use, discontinue and consult a physician or pharmacist immediately. In particular, if severe allergic reactions, skin blisters, or breathing difficulties occur, seek medical assistance immediately. Children under two years old should ideally not take this medication, and if necessary, they should be evaluated by a physician. Follow the prescribed method and dosage strictly, avoid long-term use, and refrain from drinking alcohol during use. Additionally, since this medication can affect liver metabolism when used with certain drugs, inform healthcare professionals of any other medications being taken. Store this medication out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry, and sealed place. To maintain quality, it is advisable not to transfer it to other containers.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, paleness → severe allergic reaction
• Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/conjunctival mucosa → severe skin adverse reactions
• Asthma, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, cough accompanied by fever → respiratory problems
• Skin or eyes turning yellow (jaundice), persistent tiredness → liver dysfunction (jaundice)
