This medication is effective for various inflammatory and painful conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendinitis, acute gout, and dysmenorrhea. It is also used for bursitis, sprains or contusions caused by skeletal muscle damage, post-traumatic pain, lumbago, postoperative pain, migraines, and post-extraction pain. It is excellent for relieving inflammation and pain in joints and muscles, helping to improve patients' symptoms. Therefore, it is widely used for the treatment of various painful diseases and inflammatory conditions.

How to take

Precautions

This drug may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day; therefore, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This drug may lead to serious cardiovascular issues such as thrombosis, myocardial infarction, or stroke, so patients with a history of cardiovascular disease or risk factors should use it with caution. This drug may cause serious issues such as bleeding, ulcers, or perforation in the stomach or intestines; therefore, elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal disorders should be especially careful when using it. Patients with peptic ulcer disease, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, heart failure, kidney disease, or hypertension should not take this medication. Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug or allergies to aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medications should not take it, and asthma patients should use caution. Regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be done during long-term use, and any abnormal symptoms should be reported to a doctor immediately. The combined use of this drug with other anti-inflammatory medications may increase the risk of side effects, so it is advisable not to use them together. This drug should not be used during pregnancy, especially in late pregnancy, as it may harm the fetus, nor should it be taken during breastfeeding, as it can be transmitted through breast milk and affect the newborn.
