This medication is helpful in various situations, including the intake of Vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6. It can be used during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, post-illness, growth periods, and old age to maintain a healthy physical condition. It is especially effective in the prevention of rickets and poor development of bones and teeth. It also alleviates pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and can assist with inflammatory symptoms such as cheilitis, glossitis, stomatitis, lingual inflammation, eczema, and dermatitis. Additionally, it can be used for the improvement of tired eyes, contributing to overall health enhancement.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 19 and older: Take 1 tablet once a day

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, individuals with sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin), and those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals allergic to this medication or its components should avoid taking it. It is also not safe for infants under 3 months of age and patients with kidney stones. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic problems digesting lactose should not take it. While taking this medication, do not take it in conjunction with levodopa. Individuals receiving medical treatment, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, lactating individuals, premature infants, or young children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Particularly, caution is needed since Vitamin D can be transmitted through breast milk and may cause hypercalcemia in newborns. Individuals with a history of kidney stones should also consult an expert before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, skin rash, itching, or swelling occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, prolonged intake of pyridoxine above 500 mg daily can lead to nerve damage, so caution is required. If a patient with folate deficiency takes a certain amount or more of Vitamin B12, abnormal blood reactions may occur, so consulting an expert is necessary. High-dose administration may lead to peptic ulcers, glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so caution is warranted. If an overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after taking it for more than a month, consult an expert immediately. This medication should be taken exactly according to the prescribed dosage and method, and it may cause urine color to change to yellow, which could affect clinical test results. Store in a tightly sealed container to prevent air or moisture from entering, and it's advisable to keep it in a cool room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way helps to maintain the medication's efficacy for a long time.
