The vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc contained in this product assist in nutritional supplementation needed during various periods such as physical fatigue, decreased strength during or after illness, pregnancy and lactation, growth period, and old age. Vitamin A is effective in alleviating dry eyes and improving night blindness, while Vitamin D is essential for the growth and prevention of rickets in bones and teeth. It also helps ease peripheral circulatory disturbance and menopausal symptoms (stiffness in shoulders and neck, numbness, and cold hands and feet), and contributes to the relief of pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain. This product is also effective in improving various inflammatory conditions such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Thus, this medication, with its combination of various vitamins and zinc, is used to prevent eye fatigue and fatigue in general, as well as to enhance overall health and recovery.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 19 years and older take 1 tablet at a time, 2 times a day.

Precautions

This product should be used with caution for women in the first three months of pregnancy or who are capable of becoming pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of Vitamin A per day may pose a risk of congenital malformations. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, renal disease or those who are hypersensitive to this product, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, or those with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. Long-term use at high doses may lead to tolerance or the occurrence of neuropathy, hematological abnormalities, liver damage, etc., so caution is advised. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and ensure that the daily intake of Vitamin A does not exceed 5,000 IU while also avoiding teas containing tannins such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Check plasma lipid levels when administering to patients with lipid overload, and adjust the lipid dosage when using other lipid agents together.
