How to take

Adult dose

1 to 3 tablets per dose, taken once daily at bedtime (on an empty stomach). Ages 15 and older: 1 to 3 tablets per dose. However, the initial dose should be the minimum amount, adjusting gradually while monitoring the shape and condition of the stool.

Precautions
