The vitamins A, B1, and B2 contained in this medication help in nutritional supplementation required for physical fatigue or during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as during recovery from illness and in the elderly. It is particularly effective in alleviating dry eyes and improving night blindness, as well as relieving pain that causes inconvenience in daily life, such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain. It also helps treat inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis) and inflammation in the mouth (stomatitis, glossitis), eczema, and dermatitis. It is also used for relieving symptoms of beriberi (caused by vitamin B1 deficiency) and alleviating eye fatigue. By improving these various symptoms, it supports a healthy daily life.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant if taking vitamin A in doses exceeding 5,000 IU per day, as it poses a risk of congenital malformation. People allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients in this medication, infants under 3 months old, and those allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should not take this medication. Infants under 1 year old, patients under medical treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Be particularly cautious of excessive vitamin A intake in the first three months of pregnancy due to the risk of malformations in the child, and avoid usage unless the purpose is to treat vitamin A deficiency. Patients with issues in fat metabolism such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis should take this medication with caution, and those allergic to red dye No. 40 should also be careful. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin itching, rash, swelling, diarrhea, or constipation occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Long-term high-dose vitamin A usage may increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, so caution is advised. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and administer to children under the guidance of a guardian. The vitamin A contained in this medication can be sufficiently supplied through a normal diet, so the supplementary dose should not exceed 5,000 IU per day. This medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which could affect clinical test results. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust their dosage accordingly; when used with other lipid injections, dosage should be adjusted considering the lipid content. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container and prevent misuse.
