This medication contains vitamins D, E, B1, B6, and C. These vitamins are primarily supplied during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, periods of illness or recovery, periods of growth, and old age. Vitamin D helps in the healthy development of bones and teeth and prevents rickets. Vitamin E improves peripheral blood circulation to alleviate symptoms such as shoulder or neck stiffness and numbness in the hands and feet. Vitamin B1 alleviates neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain and helps with eye fatigue. Vitamin B6 alleviates inflammatory symptoms around the mouth and on the tongue. These vitamins effectively improve the body's condition.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with high calcium levels in the blood, unknown systemic inflammatory diseases, renal disease, or patients with hyperkalemia or a history of kidney stones. Patients with allergic reactions to any of the ingredients or infants under 12 months of age should also avoid taking this medicine. Furthermore, during the course of this medication, it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or medications such as Levodopa. Patients receiving treatment from a doctor, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, those with cardiac or renal dysfunction, hypoproteinemia, alkalosis, peptic ulcers, diabetes, gout, and individuals with a history of kidney stones should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, irregular heartbeats, central nervous system disturbances, hyperkalemia, or gastrointestinal pain occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Caution is advised if there are changes in menstruation, if bleeding persists, or if there is a risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of pyridoxine or vitamin B12 may result in neurological or hematological adverse reactions, hence caution is required. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, congestive heart failure may occur, so it is important to adhere strictly to the prescribed method and dosage. While taking this medication, it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins such as green tea or black tea, as they may affect blood sugar test results. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and in a sealed container to maintain quality. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to maintain product quality.
