Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C are particularly needed when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy or lactation, and during or after illness when there is decreased stamina. These vitamins help to facilitate bodily functions and aid in recovery from fatigue. During pregnancy and lactation, they support the health of both mother and baby, and they also help enhance stamina and immunity during illness and recovery. Therefore, it is advisable to adequately replenish Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C in such cases.
