Precautions
This medication may cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Although rare, serious skin reactions may occur due to the acetaminophen component; if skin rash or hypersensitivity reactions develop, discontinue use immediately. Care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg of acetaminophen and not to take it with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions or asthma triggered by this drug or its components, infants under 3 months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should avoid taking this medication. During use, it is safe to avoid taking it alongside cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Be cautious, as it contains sodium bisulfite and caramel, which may cause allergic reactions or asthma attacks. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergies or multiple illnesses such as liver, kidney, and heart issues, and pregnant or nursing women should consult an expert before use. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. It should not be administered to children under 2 years old, and in essential cases, a doctor's consultation is mandatory. Follow prescribed dosages and avoid prolonged use, as well as abstaining from alcohol. Drowsiness may occur during use, so it is advisable to refrain from driving or operating machinery. Caution is needed as it may interact with certain medications, affecting liver metabolism, and some ingredients may be harmful to health, requiring careful storage and administration. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
