Support is required when physically fatigued, during pregnancy and lactation, and during disease or post-disease recovery periods, as well as in growth and old age. Vitamin D is effective in improving bone and dental development disorders and preventing rickets. Additionally, it helps in relieving various symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It is also effective against beriberi and eye fatigue, making it useful for everyday health management. The combined efficacy of these vitamins improves overall health.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 19 years and older should take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with high calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcemia), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin), or people with kidney diseases. Additionally, individuals allergic to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should avoid taking this medication. People with allergies to soybean oil, soy, and peanuts should not take this medication, nor should it be administered to those with genetic disorders that prevent the breakdown of lactose. During the use of this medication, it is advisable to avoid taking it with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline formulations, antacids, and levodopa. Patients undergoing treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants must consult with a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory issues, renal disorders, hypoproteinemia, or those taking cardiac glycosides should also consult professionals before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, or irregular heartbeat occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare professionals. Particularly, high doses of pyridoxine taken over a long period may lead to neurological disorders, so caution is required. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, should be avoided before and after taking it. Patients with lipid metabolism issues should regularly check their blood lipid levels while taking this medication, and dosage adjustments may be necessary if other lipid-lowering agents are concurrently administered. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place.
