Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day, as it may lead to serious side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular thrombotic events, myocardial infarction, and stroke, so it should only be used in the minimal dosage for the shortest duration; even in the absence of a history of cardiovascular disease, symptoms should be monitored carefully. This medication may cause serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as perforation, ulcers, and bleeding, so particularly elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases should closely monitor for gastrointestinal symptoms during use and consult healthcare professionals immediately if any unusual symptoms occur. This medication should not be administered to patients with specific allergic reactions or hypersensitivity, severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases, those with active peptic ulcers, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and nursing mothers. Patients with impaired liver or kidney function, asthma, or hypertension should consult their doctor thoroughly before taking this medication and use it cautiously. This medication may cause various adverse reactions, including dyspepsia, headaches, skin rashes, edema, liver function abnormalities, and hypertension; therefore, any unusual symptoms should be reported to a healthcare professional immediately during use. Since this medication is metabolized in the liver, there may be interactions with other medications, particularly when taken with drugs that inhibit or induce liver enzymes, requiring dosage adjustment and monitoring. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should avoid using this medication, and nursing mothers should consult a specialist before taking it. Elderly patients may have decreased kidney, liver, and heart function, necessitating greater caution when using this medication, and dosage adjustments may be required. Regular blood tests and liver and kidney function checks should be conducted during the use of this medication to monitor for any abnormalities; if any abnormal findings arise, usage should be discontinued immediately. In cases of overdose, symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, and lethargy; severe cases may result in gastrointestinal bleeding, renal failure, and respiratory depression, requiring immediate emergency treatment. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, and transferring it to another container may lead to a decrease in quality, so caution is advised.
