Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily. This medicine may be taken with or without food. Precautions

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before use for individuals who consume more than three drinks daily on a regular basis. There is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if heavy drinkers take this medication. This drug can lead to cardiovascular problems and increase the risk of serious thrombotic events such as myocardial infarction or stroke. This risk may increase depending on the dosage and duration of use, so it is important to use the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible. Even in patients without a history of cardiovascular disease, it is crucial to monitor for symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, or slurred speech, and to take immediate action if they occur. Gastrointestinal side effects can include perforation, ulceration, and bleeding in the stomach or intestines. Particularly, elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal disease should be extra cautious; if they experience symptoms such as epigastric pain, dyspepsia, black stools, or hematemesis during treatment, they should visit a medical facility immediately. This drug should not be used by individuals with known allergy responses, severe heart, liver or kidney dysfunction, active peptic ulcers or inflammatory bowel disease, or by pregnant or nursing women. Patients with compromised liver or kidney function, asthma, heart failure, hypertension, or a history of edema should be particularly cautious when taking this medication and should regularly monitor their health condition during treatment. Side effects during treatment may include headache, dyspepsia, nausea, diarrhea, rash, and edema. If severe skin rashes or allergic reactions occur, the medication should be stopped immediately and a healthcare professional consulted. This medication can interact with other drugs, particularly when taken with blood pressure medications, diuretics, anticoagulants, or antidepressants; consultation with a doctor is advised. Also, women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should consult their healthcare provider before taking this medication, and it should be stopped immediately if pregnancy is confirmed during treatment. The elderly may have decreased kidney and liver function, so close monitoring during treatment is recommended, starting with the lowest effective dose. Finally, this medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery.
