Pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as individuals with certain genetic diseases, should also avoid using it. Patients with impaired liver or kidney function, asthma, hypertension, heart failure, and the elderly should be particularly cautious when taking this medication. It should be dispensed under the supervision of a healthcare professional. During treatment, adverse reactions such as indigestion, headache, dizziness, skin rash, edema, hypertension, and gastrointestinal disturbance may occur; if symptoms are severe or persist, consult a physician.
