Additionally, individuals with allergic reactions to this medicine or any of its components, babies under 12 months, patients with renal calculi, and patients with severe renal insufficiency should avoid taking this medication. It is crucial not to take phosphate minerals, calcium salts, oral tetracycline agents, antacids, and levodopa while using this medication. If currently undergoing treatment by a physician or if pregnant or possibly pregnant, breastfeeding, having preterm infants or babies, patients with heart or circulatory problems, kidney disorders or hypoproteinemia, or patients taking cardiac glycosides, it is necessary to consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, abdominal bloating, constipation, hypotension, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, hives, itching, or swelling appear during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Also, long-term high-dose pyridoxine can cause problems with the nervous system, and high-dose vitamin B12 may show abnormal blood reactions, so caution is required. High dosing can cause peptic ulcers, glucose metabolism disorders, liver damage, and hyperuricemia, and large doses may lead to gastrointestinal symptoms, swelling, or congestive heart failure. Long-term use may result in hypercalcemia and the formation of stones, so caution is necessary, and care should be taken when used with certain diuretics due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If overdosing or if symptoms do not improve after one month, consult a professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it may cause urine to turn yellow, possibly affecting clinical test results. Also, it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea before and after taking it. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. It is important not to transfer the medication to another container to maintain its quality and prevent misuse.
