The vitamins E, B2, and B6 contained in this medication help supplement nutrients that may be lacking during physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, during and after illness, and in old age. Moreover, it alleviates symptoms of shoulder and neck stiffness or numbness and coldness in the extremities, which may occur due to peripheral blood circulation disorders or menopausal symptoms. It is also effective for symptoms like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as for skin inflammations such as eczema and dermatitis. In summary, this vitamin complex is used for recovery from fatigue, improvement of blood circulation, and alleviation of oral and skin inflammation.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: Take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic or hypersensitive to any specific components. Infants under 12 months or patients with severely impaired kidney function should also avoid using this medication. People allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. While taking this medication, certain drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, etc., should not be used concomitantly. It is also advisable not to take this medication with levodopa. Women receiving medical treatment, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, premature infants, and children must consult with a healthcare professional before taking this drug. Patients with peptic ulcers, chronic colitis, heart and circulatory problems, kidney disorders, or hypoproteinemia should also consult with a professional before taking this medication. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes or red spots, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system symptoms occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If the menstrual cycle accelerates or bleeding persists for a long time, it is also necessary to stop taking it and seek consultation. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk for thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase. Prolonged high-dose use of vitamin B6 may result in neurological damage; caution is required. High-dose administration of vitamin B12 may induce hematological abnormalities, so caution is advised. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may occur. Caution is necessary as co-administration with certain diuretics may raise the risk of increased potassium levels in the blood. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of usage, please consult a healthcare professional. For patients expected to have a lipid overload, it is advisable to check blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage if necessary. When using other lipid injectable preparations, total lipid volume should be considered for adjustment. This medication must be taken as prescribed, and urine may change color to yellow, which can affect clinical tests. It is advisable to avoid drinking tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before or after taking this medication. This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container away from children, avoiding direct sunlight and kept in a cool, dry place.

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. Caution is recommended when taken with aldosterone antagonists and triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia. Increased risk of thrombosis may occur with combination use of oral contraceptives containing estrogen and vitamin E.

Food interactions

This medication should be avoided with teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, during or before/after taking.
