This medicine supports bodily functions by supplying vitamins B1, B2, and B6 during physical fatigue or during pregnancy and lactation, and when physical strength is reduced due to illness. It also helps relieve symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is effective in improving cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It is also used for alleviating eye fatigue and helps relieve symptoms of beriberi (numbness of the legs). This medicine is used to provide relief from muscle cramps caused by calcium and magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medicine is effective in improving various fatigue and pain symptoms and deficiency states through the supply of vitamins and minerals.
Dosage and Administration
Adult dosage
Take 1 bottle twice daily.
Children's dosage
Children over 12 years of age should take 1 bottle twice daily.
Precautions
This medicine contains aspartame, an artificial sweetener, which is broken down into phenylalanine in the body. Therefore, patients with the hereditary condition phenylketonuria should not take this medicine. The maximum daily intake of aspartame is limited to 40mg per kg of body weight, and for an adult weighing 60kg, it should not exceed 2.4g per day. Additionally, patients with hypercalcemia, patients with sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), and patients with kidney disease should not take this medicine. People with allergic reactions to this medicine or its components, infants under 12 months of age, kidney stone patients, and patients with severe renal failure should also avoid it. During the use of this medicine, it is advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa together. Infants under 12 months of age, patients receiving other treatments, children exposed to a lot of sunlight while eating normally, patients with heart or circulatory issues, patients with kidney disorders, patients with low protein levels, patients taking cardiac glycosides, and pregnant women should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, red spots, cardiac arrest, central nervous system dysfunction, or other neurological symptoms occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, high-dose pyridoxine taken for a prolonged period may result in nerve damage symptoms, and overdose may cause gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema. This medicine must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and instructions, and when given to children, it must be administered under the supervision of an adult. Consult with a doctor or pharmacist during the course of treatment, and it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medicine. Store this medicine in a place inaccessible to children, in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place.
