Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or any of its components. Do not take this medication together with levodopa. Individuals currently receiving treatment from a doctor or who have changes in their health condition must consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, reduced appetite, abdominal bloating, constipation, skin rash, itching, or edema occur during medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Also, caution is needed for prolonged high-dose intake of vitamin B6 as it may cause neurological issues. High-dose intake of vitamin B12 may lead to blood-related abnormalities, especially for those with folate deficiency. Excessive use of this medication can exacerbate peptic ulcers, cause issues with blood sugar control, elevate uric acid levels, or risk liver damage. If overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after a month of use, consult a professional immediately. Be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and method of administration, and note that this medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which could affect clinical test results.
