The vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, and E contained in this medication are beneficial for maintaining health when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy or lactation, and in periods of decreased physical strength due to illness or recovery, as well as during growth and old age. Vitamin A alleviates dry eyes and is effective for improving night blindness. Vitamin D improves poor bone and teeth development and aids in the prevention of rickets. It is also used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, and the provision of zinc contributes to overall health improvement. The supply of these vitamins and minerals is used to enhance physical strength and immunity.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once a day.

Child dose

For children aged 8 years and older, take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution in women during the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily may pose a risk of congenital malformations. Children, especially those under 6 years of age, are at risk of fatal iron overdose from excessive intake of iron present in this medication, so it must be kept out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, renal disease, or individuals allergic to any components of this medication should not take it. If abnormal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, joint swelling, diarrhea, fever, or coma occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of certain vitamins may cause nerve damage or blood abnormalities, so caution is advised. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and method of use, and supervision by a caregiver is necessary when administering to children. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, while taking this medication. This medication may also affect blood glucose test results.
