Relief of cold (fever, pain) and pain (toothache, headache, etc.)
This medication is effective in relieving fever and pain caused by colds, as well as toothache. It can also be used for headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, joint pain, and rheumatic pain, thus helping to alleviate various types of pain. Overall, it is used for the relief of multiple kinds of pain.
Take 1 to 2 tablets orally, three times a day, avoiding intake on an empty stomach. The dosing interval should be more than 4 hours.
People who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Taking it with alcohol may pose a risk of liver damage. Those who have had allergic reactions to this medication or have experienced asthma attacks while taking this medication or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should avoid using it. Additionally, individuals with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver impairment, kidney impairment, or decreased heart function should also refrain from using it. Persons taking barbiturates or tricyclic antidepressants and those who consume alcohol should not take this medication. This product contains lactose and should not be administered to individuals with genetic disorders such as lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. As this medication contains acetaminophen, caution is needed when taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications as it may lead to liver damage. Individuals with liver impairment, kidney impairment, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, predisposition to bleeding, heart dysfunction, history of hypersensitivity reactions, bronchial asthma, elderly patients, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, lactating women, long-term users of warfarin, lithium or thiazide diuretics, etc., must consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Those with allergic reactions to yellow No. 4 (tartrazine) should also take caution. If symptoms such as shock, anaphylaxis, asthma attacks, blood disorder symptoms, hypersensitivity reactions, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe skin rashes, liver function abnormalities, or interstitial pneumonia occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. For long-term use, regular blood tests and liver function tests should be conducted, and if abnormalities arise, the dosage should be reduced or discontinued, and other treatment options should be considered. Children and elderly patients should take the minimum dosage and be particularly cautious of adverse reactions. Additionally, if pain or fever persists or worsens, consult a doctor or pharmacist. In case of overdose, severe damage to the liver, kidneys, or heart may occur, so immediate medical treatment is required even in the absence of symptoms. Store this medication out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. It is safest to keep it in its original container.
