Vitamins B1, B2, B6 help with physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and physical weakness during or after illness. They are also used to relieve symptoms of neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain (such as low back pain and shoulder stiffness), and to improve eye fatigue.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults and children over 8 years, take 1 tablet after meals once daily.

Child dose

Dosage for children under 8 years old is not specified separately.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with high calcium levels in the blood, unexplained systemic inflammatory diseases, or kidney diseases. Additionally, individuals who have allergic reactions to this medication or its components should avoid taking it. This medication should not be taken by babies under 12 months old, individuals with kidney stones, or those with severe renal failure symptoms. This medication contains lactose; therefore, individuals with lactose intolerance or genetic carbohydrate absorption disorders should not take it. During the use of this medication, it is recommended to avoid taking phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and drugs like levodopa together. Babies under one year old, individuals receiving medical treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants, infants, individuals with heart or circulatory disorders, individuals with kidney disorders, individuals with hypoproteinemia, and individuals taking cardiac glycosides should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, dizziness, swelling, or others appear during usage, the medication should be discontinued immediately and an expert should be consulted. Prolonged high-dose usage may result in sensory nerve damage, hematological abnormalities, exacerbation of peptic ulcer, glucose tolerance disorders, liver damage, or hyperuricemia, so caution is necessary. This medication should be taken exactly as prescribed, and supervision by a guardian is required when administered to children. It may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical tests. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green or black tea, before and after taking the medication. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place in a tightly closed container. Additionally, do not transfer to another container as it is important to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
