This medication is used for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendonitis (tendinitis), acute gout, dysmenorrhea, etc. It is also effective for various pain relief, including bursitis, muscle disorders such as sprains and strains, postoperative pain, migraines, and pain after tooth extraction. This drug helps reduce inflammation and pain, improving the patient's daily activities. Therefore, it is widely used not only for joint and muscle diseases but also for various pain conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

1. Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis Administer 250-500 mg of naproxen (1 to 2 capsules) orally twice daily (every 12 hours). 2. Precautions

This medication may cause stomach bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, and consultation with a physician or pharmacist is necessary. This medication should not be taken with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and naproxen derivatives, high doses of methotrexate, hydantoins, sulfa drugs, sulfonylurea blood glucose-lowering agents, propranolol and other beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors like captopril, loop diuretics and thiazide diuretics, probenecid, lithium, low-dose methotrexate, warfarin and other coumarin anticoagulants, zidovudine, and others.
