Vitamins A, D, B1, and B2 are necessary for physical fatigue, reduced physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, and during and after illness, as well as during growth and old age. These vitamins are effective in alleviating dry eyes, improving night blindness, supporting healthy bone and tooth development, preventing rickets, and relieving pain from neuralgia and muscle pain, as well as symptoms of fatigue. Additionally, zinc is an important nutrient for enhancing immune function and maintaining cell health, aiding various physiological functions. Precautions

This medication should be used with caution in women during the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as excessive daily vitamin A intake of more than 5,000 IU may cause a risk of congenital malformations in the fetus. Patients with allergies to this medication or its ingredients, and infants under 12 months of age should also avoid taking it. Be careful not to take this medication with specific drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, and antacids. It is also important for pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, young children, patients with kidney disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, and those with a history of kidney stones to consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin itching, joint swelling, diarrhea, stomatitis, anorexia, abdominal bloating, irregular heartbeats, central nervous system abnormalities, gastrointestinal disturbances, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during use, cease taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. High-dose intake may result in side effects such as peptic ulcers, glucose metabolism disorders, hyperuricemia, liver damage, heart failure, and edema, so caution is necessary. Long-term high-dose vitamin A intake may increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Dosage should strictly follow the prescribed instructions and vitamin A should be adequately supplied through the normal diet, ensuring that daily intake does not exceed 5,000 IU. This medication can cause urine to turn yellow, which may affect clinical test results.
