This drug is used for the supplementation of vitamins during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, periods of health decline due to illness, and during growth and old age. Additionally, vitamin D helps in bone and tooth development and prevents rickets. Vitamins B1, B2, and B6 help alleviate eye fatigue and improve symptoms of pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, as well as symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. Furthermore, zinc supplementation helps maintain healthy bodily functions. Overall, this drug is used for comprehensive health and symptom relief through the supplementation of various vitamins and minerals.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals age 12 and older: 1 tablet once daily after meals.

Precautions

This drug should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or renal diseases. Additionally, individuals with allergies to this drug or any of its components should not take it. Infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and patients with severe renal failure symptoms should also avoid this medication. While taking this drug, it is not advisable to simultaneously use phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and medications such as levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, patients under medical treatment, children who are exposed to significant sunlight and have a normal diet, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this drug. Particularly, caution is necessary as vitamin D can cause hypercalcemia in newborns through breast milk. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers or chronic ulcerative colitis, localized colitis, cardiac and circulatory disorders, renal impairment, hypoalbuminemia, and those with a history of kidney stones should consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, abnormal heart rhythms, central nervous system disturbances, dermatitis, foul odor during sweating and breathing, hair loss, gastrointestinal discomfort, hypotension, pulmonary edema occur, immediately stop taking this drug and consult healthcare personnel. Furthermore, long-term high-dose pyridoxine usage may cause neural disorders, and patients deficient in folic acid taking high doses of vitamin B12 may experience hematological abnormalities. High-dose administration could worsen peptic ulcers and cause glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so caution is necessary. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur. Care should be taken when taking antihyperaldosteronism agents or triamterene, as there is a risk of hyperkalemia. If overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is essential to consult a professional. This drug must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when administering to children, supervision by a guardian is required. Taking this drug may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins such as green tea and black tea around the time of taking this medication. This drug should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool place with low humidity, tightly sealed. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, do not transfer to another container.
