Iron deficiency anemia occurs when there is a lack of iron in the body. This medication is used to supplement iron to prevent and treat anemia. By providing iron, it improves the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood, alleviating fatigue and lethargy. Additionally, it helps improve symptoms such as dizziness and headaches caused by anemia.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once daily.

Child dose

Take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication contains iron, which poses a risk of serious poisoning and death if ingested in large amounts by children under 6 years old. Therefore, it should be stored out of reach of children. Individuals who are allergic to this medication, infants under 12 months old, or those with disorders that cause iron accumulation in the liver or pancreas due to abnormal iron metabolism should not take this medication. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics (tetracycline class), or antacids, as these may diminish effectiveness or cause side effects. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children in a sealed container, protected from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and should not be transferred to another container to maintain quality.
