The vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc contained in this medication help with physical fatigue, nutritional supplementation needed during pregnancy and lactation, reduction of energy levels during and after illness, and requirements during growth and old age. It also aids in the normal development of bones and teeth and prevents rickets. It improves symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue, and helps relieve pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. Furthermore, it alleviates symptoms of oral inflammation such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. This medication is used to promote overall health and physical strength.
For individuals aged 12 years and older, take 1 tablet once daily.
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or kidney disease. Individuals allergic to any component of this medication, those who have had hypersensitivity reactions, infants under 12 months, those with kidney stones, or those with severe renal failure should also avoid this medication. Additionally, since this medication contains lactose, it should not be administered to patients with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders. People with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. During the use of this medication, phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs like levodopa should not be taken together. Patients receiving medical treatment, those with oxalate nephropathy, gastrointestinal diseases, heart or kidney function issues, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with a history of diabetes, gout, or kidney stones should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, cardiac irregularities, or neurological issues arise during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Particularly, this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis, so those taking oral contraceptives or with a predisposition to thrombosis should exercise caution. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, nerve damage, blood disorders, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, or liver damage, so caution is advised. Adhere strictly to the dosage, as this medication may affect the results of urine or clinical tests; notify the testing personnel prior to examinations. It is preferable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism issues should regularly monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust their dosage accordingly. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and kept in a sealed container to prevent moisture. To prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, it should not be transferred to another container.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, discomfort in the stomach, constipation, rashes, redness, loose stools, stomatitis, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rashes, red spots, inadequate contraction, central nervous system dysfunction, dermatitis, unpleasant odors in sweat or breath, hair loss, restlessness, gastrointestinal disturbances, digestive disorders, upper abdominal pain, pulmonary edema, changes in menstruation and bleeding, increased risk of thrombosis, tolerance, sensory neuropathy and neurological symptoms.

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa.
