Additionally, individuals with an allergy to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not use this medication. This product contains lactose, so those with lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or genetic conditions affecting glucose-galactose absorption should also avoid it. During the use of this medication, it is advisable to avoid taking phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids concurrently. Infants under 1 year, individuals under medical treatment, children receiving ample sunlight and normal nutrition, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Individuals with heart or circulatory issues, reduced kidney function, hypoproteinemia, those taking cardiac glycosides, or with a history of kidney stones should also consult a specialist before use. Furthermore, excessive dosage may lead to gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so caution is necessary. Long-term use may lead to hypercalcemia or stone formation, and special care should be taken particularly when used together with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene due to the risk of elevated potassium levels in the blood. The dosage must be strictly followed, and children should take it under the supervision of a guardian. It is recommended to avoid tea containing tannins such as green tea and black tea before and after taking this medication. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container.
