The vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, and C included in this medicine are helpful during physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, when experiencing decreased physical strength during or after an illness, and in old age. It is also effective in relieving neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain (e.g., back pain, shoulder stiffness), and is used to relieve tingling in hands and feet and eye fatigue. Overall, this medicine helps improve various fatigue and pain symptoms and maintain a healthy daily life.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults take 2 tablets at a time once a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medicine or any of its components. Especially, it should not be used in infants under 3 months of age. Do not take this medicine along with the medication Levodopa. If you are currently receiving treatment from a physician or have certain diseases, such as hyperoxaluria, gout, or kidney stones, you must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, premature infants, and young children should also consult a professional before taking it. This medicine contains a dye called Yellow No. 5, so those who have had allergic reactions to this component should use it with caution. If symptoms like stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, mouth inflammation, loss of appetite, or abdominal bloating occur during taking the medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If there are changes such as an increased frequency of menstrual cycles or heavy and prolonged bleeding, consult a doctor as well. People taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thromboembolism. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, so be sure to follow the prescribed dosage. Taking pyridoxine at doses exceeding 500 mg daily for an extended period may lead to abnormal nerve symptoms, so caution is necessary. Patients with folic acid deficiency should consult with a professional as taking vitamin B12 in doses exceeding a certain amount may lead to blood abnormalities. If you have overdosed or your symptoms do not improve after taking it for more than a month, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. This medicine must be used according to the prescribed dosage and may affect blood sugar measurements during urinalysis while taking it. Additionally, this medicine may cause urine to appear yellow, which may affect clinical test results, so please keep this in mind.
