This drug helps improve various symptoms associated with peptic ulcers. It relieves discomfort such as heartburn and gastric malaise due to excessive gastric acid, as well as bloating. It also reduces symptoms of indigestion, nausea, and vomiting, facilitating digestion. It concurrently alleviates discomfort from gastralgia and belching, overall mitigating various symptoms due to peptic ulcers, thereby making the patient's life more comfortable. This medication is used for the improvement of symptoms related to peptic ulcers.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by patients receiving dialysis treatment. Additionally, it contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should not take it. Patients with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also avoid using this medication. Patients who have previously experienced allergic reactions to this medication or who are taking other medications should use it cautiously. Caution is also needed for patients with kidney or liver function issues, and those undergoing treatment from their doctor. Especially, patients with low phosphate levels or disorders in fat metabolism should take this medication with care. Patients with high blood pressure, elderly individuals, those with heart or kidney diseases, or those with swelling in their bodies should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If during use, you experience reduced urine output, swelling in the face and hands, heaviness of eyelids, stiffness in hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches, you should stop taking the medication immediately and consult an expert. Long-term use may lead to hypokalemia, swelling, weight gain, and therefore regular blood tests are needed. If symptoms like muscle weakness or cramps occur, discontinue use and consult a physician. While taking this medication, be cautious of increased risk of side effects when used with other medications containing potassium or licorice, as well as certain diuretics. If allergic symptoms, drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, or other side effects occur, discontinue use and consult an expert. Always follow the prescribed dosage and duration exactly; if symptoms do not improve after two weeks of use, cease taking it and discuss with a physician. Prolonged use should be avoided, and patients with a history of kidney disease must consult an expert before use. Patients at risk of fat overload should monitor blood lipid levels and adjust dosages accordingly. This medication should not be taken with gastric analgesics or antispasmodics. Children under 15 years old, pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, or breastfeeding mothers should not take this medication. Lastly, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place.
