This medication is used to relieve heartburn caused by excess stomach acid and discomfort. It helps reduce the discomforting symptoms by controlling the excessive secretion of acid in the stomach, alleviating pain and burning in the center of the chest. How to take

Adult dose

Adults and patients over 15 years of age should take 1 tablet at a time. Do not exceed 2 tablets within 24 hours.

Precautions

This medication contains lactose and should not be used in patients who are genetically unable to digest lactose. It should also not be taken if you are allergic to this medication or similar types of medications. If you have difficulty taking this medication, it is advisable not to use it. Patients with unexplained weight loss or persistent abdominal pain should use this medication with caution, as other conditions may be the cause. Consultation with a doctor is advised. Patients with kidney disease should ensure to check the calcium levels in the blood.
