The vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, E contained in this medication are mainly used in cases of physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, physical weakness during and after illness, and in the elderly. Vitamin B1 helps relieve neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, beriberi, and fatigue of the eyes. Vitamins B2 and B6 are effective in improving oral inflammation such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. The inclusion of zinc also contributes to overall health maintenance. This medication is used for fatigue recovery and improvement of skin and nerve health.
How to take
Adult dose
Take once daily, 1 to 2 tablets per dose.
Child dose
For adolescents aged 12 and older, take once daily, 1 to 2 tablets per dose.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by those with allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients. Infants under 12 months should not take this medication. Avoid taking medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, and antacids while taking this medication. It is also advised not to take levodopa concurrently. Especially, those undergoing treatment should consult with a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult professionals before taking this medication. Those with heart or circulatory issues, impaired kidney function, hypoproteinemia, gout, or kidney stones should consult professionals before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, constipation, skin rash or redness, oral inflammation, dermatitis, foul odor when sweating or breathing, hair loss, agitation, digestive disorders, abdominal pain, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, this medication may cause menstrual cycles to shorten or prolonged bleeding, so caution is needed. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be aware that taking this medication and vitamin E together may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance. Long-term high doses of pyridoxine may cause peripheral neuropathy. Patients with folic acid deficiency taking over a certain dose of vitamin B12 may show blood-related adverse reactions. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers or impair glucose metabolism or lead to hyperuricemia and liver damage. Overdosing may result in symptoms like nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema. Caution is needed when taken with antimineralocorticoids or triamterene, as it may increase blood potassium levels. If taken excessively or symptoms do not improve after a month, consult a healthcare professional. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosages and ways of taking this medication, as it may affect blood sugar measurements during urine tests. This medication may also cause urine to turn yellow, affecting test results. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages like green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Store in a tightly sealed container to protect from air and moisture. It is best to maintain storage temperatures between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius for prolonged efficacy.
