Additionally, those with known allergic reactions to this medication or its components should avoid it. Infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and severe renal failure should not take this medication. Those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should also avoid this medication. During treatment, medications like phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa should not be taken together. Infants under one year old, patients currently receiving medical treatment, children with high sun exposure and normal diets, and those with oxalate urine should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should also consult healthcare professionals before taking. Special attention is needed as vitamin D can be secreted into breast milk and may cause hypercalcemia in newborns. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, and localized colitis, or those with heart and circulation problems, kidney issues, low protein levels, gout, or a history of kidney stones should consult healthcare professionals before taking. If symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, abnormal heart rhythm, central nervous system symptoms, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, low blood pressure, pulmonary edema, etc., occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of specific vitamins can cause neurological or hematological abnormalities. High doses can lead to worsened peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, liver damage, etc., so caution is needed. Large doses may also lead to gastrointestinal symptoms, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema, etc. Caution is required when combined with specific diuretics due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional. Special caution is needed for patients with lipid metabolism disorders or those requiring careful administration of lipid emulsions. The specified dosage and administration should always be followed, and supervision by a caregiver is necessary when administering to children. This medication can affect blood sugar measurements during urine tests and may change urine color to yellow, impacting test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of fat overload should monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust dosages if necessary.
