This medication helps promote health by supplying vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and zinc during physical fatigue or pregnancy and breastfeeding, after illness and during convalescence, during growth phases, and in old age. Vitamin A effectively alleviates dryness of the eyes and night blindness, while vitamin D prevents inadequate development of bones and teeth and rickets. Vitamin B1 helps prevent beriberi and alleviates symptoms of eye fatigue, neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. Vitamin B2 helps alleviate symptoms of angular stomatitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Additionally, zinc supports immune function and cell regeneration. This medication is used for overall physical improvement and health recovery.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For individuals aged 12 years and above, take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as taking more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day in the first three months of pregnancy can risk congenital malformations in the fetus. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney diseases, those allergic to this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline medications, antacids, or levodopa while taking this medication. Patients receiving medical treatment, pregnant or possibly pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, children, patients with heart or circulatory diseases, renal impairments, hypoproteinemia, and those with a history of kidney stones must consult a healthcare professional prior to using this medication. If unusual reactions such as nausea, vomiting, itching, dry skin, joint swelling, dyspepsia, diarrhea, rash, palpitations, or central nervous system disorders occur during treatment, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist immediately. Additionally, prolonged or heavy menstrual bleeding or the potential increased risk of thrombosis when used with certain drugs should be noted. Long-term high-dose administration of vitamin B12 or pyridoxine may result in neurological symptoms; therefore, monitoring is essential. It is crucial to adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, ensuring that the supplemental dose of vitamin A does not exceed 5,000 IU per day. The urine may turn yellow during use, which should be noted during clinical tests. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry, airtight container. Furthermore, to prevent misuse and maintain product quality, do not transfer it to another container.
