This medication is also effective for various symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, stomatitis, and dermatitis. Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

12 years and older: Twice a day, 1 capsule each time

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by anyone who has an allergic reaction to this drug or any of its components. Infants under 12 months or patients with severe renal failure should also not take this medicine. People with allergies to soybean oil, soybeans, and peanuts should be cautious. It is recommended not to take this medicine concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or drugs like levodopa. Infants under 1 year of age, patients undergoing treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, young children, those with heart or circulatory diseases, patients with impaired kidney function, patients with hypoproteinemia, and patients with dyslipidemia or diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, or other lipid metabolism abnormalities should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeats, or central nervous system dysfunction occur, stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a specialist. Additionally, caution is needed if menstrual flow increases or bleeding persists. Individuals taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk of thromboembolism should be wary as the risk of thromboembolism may increase when taking this medicine. High-dose, long-term use of pyridoxine may cause nerve damage, so caution is required. Patients with folate deficiency who take high doses of vitamin B12 may exhibit hematological adverse reactions. High doses can cause peptic ulcers, glucose tolerance impairment, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and excessive doses can cause nausea, vomiting, edema, and symptoms of heart failure. In particular, combining this medicine with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene poses a risk of hyperkalemia, so caution is advised. If symptoms do not improve with overdose or continuous use for more than a month, consult a specialist. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen when taking this medicine, and adult supervision is necessary when given to children. This medication can change urine color to yellow, which may affect clinical tests, so consider this. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea before and after taking the medicine. Patients at risk of fat overload should monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust dosages accordingly, considering the lipid content if receiving other lipid medications. Store this medicine out of the reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping it in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. It is important not to transfer this medicine to another container to maintain product quality.
