Precautions

This medication should be used with caution in women during the first three months of pregnancy or those who might become pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A may increase the risk of congenital malformations. Patients allergic to any components of this product or those with hemophilia should avoid its use. Patients with hypercalcemia or poor kidney function should use this medication cautiously due to the vitamin D content, monitoring their condition through blood tests. The safety and efficacy of this medication in children under 11 years of age have not been sufficiently established, so caution is advised in its use. Excessive intake of vitamins A and D can lead to allergic reactions or serious side effects, so it is vital to adhere to the prescribed dosage. If serious allergic symptoms such as hypotension, respiratory distress, altered consciousness, or skin rash occur during use, administration should be immediately stopped and medical personnel should be informed. Regular monitoring for accumulation of vitamins A and D is required during long-term use to prevent side effects. Interactions may occur when used with specific medications, so any currently taken medications should be disclosed. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should use this medication cautiously according to physician guidance to avoid the risk of vitamin overdose side effects. Elderly patients may require dosage adjustments or special precautions due to decreased bodily functions. Do not reuse any remaining solution after use; it should be used immediately after opening and stored away from light and freezing temperatures. Keep out of reach of children and store it in its original container to prevent misuse or degradation of quality.
