Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone who is allergic to soybean oil, soy, peanuts, or has previously shown hypersensitivity. Individuals allergic to the components of this medication and infants under 3 months old should also not take it. Patients with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication as it contains lactose. Levodopa should not be taken concurrently while using this medication. Infants under 1 year old, individuals currently undergoing treatment by a physician, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants, and toddlers should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism issues such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should take caution when using this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, constipation, skin rash, itching, or swelling occur during use, immediately discontinue the medication and consult a specialist. Caution is needed as prolonged high-dose pyridoxine intake may cause neurological issues. High-dose vitamin B12 can cause abnormal blood reactions, so care is recommended. Excessive use of this medication can exacerbate peptic ulcers, disrupt blood sugar control, increase uric acid levels, or cause liver damage. If mistakenly overdosed or if symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than one month, immediately consult a specialist. It is essential to adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when administering to children, supervision by a guardian is required. This medication may turn urine yellow, which can affect the results of clinical tests. Patients at risk of lipid overload should periodically check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage as necessary. When using with other intravenous lipid products, dosage adjustments should be made considering the lipid content in this medication. Store in a tightly closed container, away from children's reach, avoiding direct sunlight, in a dry and cool place. Do not transfer the medication to another container, and be cautious to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
